Yes. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period, with no additional charges thereafter.

Log in to your account portal, navigate to Subscription Settings, and select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. Changes take effect immediately and will prorate on your next billing cycle.

Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount on all plans when you choose annual billing instead of monthly. The discounted rate is applied automatically at checkout.

All invoices are issued electronically by Kromosystems (Pvt) Ltd. You will receive them from billing@kromosys.com, and they include our Sri Lanka-based remittance details for bank transfers as well as links for online payments.

If you choose not to renew, your account will enter a 30-day grace period during which you can still export data. After that, access to the ERP platform is suspended until you renew. Your historical data remains intact for up to 12 months post-suspension.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and direct bank transfers (SWIFT/IBAN). For enterprise customers, we also support invoicing with net-30 payment terms.
